Maintenance Supervisor.
Cereal Food Processors, Inc. has an immediate opening in Wichita, Kansas. We will be accepting applications for the Maintenance Supervisor position.
This position will be responsible for the direct supervision of the maintenance department personnel to ensure employee safety, predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, installation of new equipment, including all record keeping is carried out consistent with efficient and profitable plant operation.
- Qualified applicants must have supervisory / management experience preferably in the milling and grain industry. Must have strong mechanical skills, good communication skills, be detail oriented with strong work ethics and five years work history.
- Applicants must be able direct all maintenance department employees and activities including employee safety, predictive and preventative maintenance. Ensure that repairs and all projects, maintenance work and production work is performed in compliance with local, state and federal statutes. In accomplishing this objective, it is necessary that all work activities be performed in compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA and any other regulatory agency guidelines.
- Willingness to work in a seven-day per week operation and schedule, weekends, holidays and overtime may be required.
